What you are buying

One 60-minute remote interview rehearsal with Josh, followed the same day by three revised answer outlines and written practice notes, for $99 USD. This is a one-time payment. It does not create a subscription.

The session focuses on communication about your own work. It does not include technical interview grading, resume rewriting, job placement, recruiting, salary negotiation, or a hiring guarantee.

Scheduling and preparation

Buy only if your interview is at least three business days away and within the next 14 days. Send your interview date, timezone, and available windows after payment. Josh will reply within one business day to agree on the session time and provide the meeting link. Payment does not reserve a particular time.

Send the job description, interview format, and notes on three real work stories at least 24 hours before the session. Remove confidential information and use generic names where needed. If the required materials are late, we may need to reschedule or refund rather than provide an unprepared review.

Business days are Monday through Friday, measured in Phoenix, Arizona. If a mutually workable time cannot be arranged before your interview, the payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request a full refund any time before the session. If you attend and the review is not useful, email within 24 hours after the session for a full refund. If Josh cancels or cannot provide the purchased session and notes, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the money appears. To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, email from the address used at checkout.

Your information

Stripe processes payment and collects the checkout information. This site does not collect or store your card number. Your name, email, scheduling details, and submitted work examples are used to arrange and deliver the session and handle support or refunds.

Intake is sent by email. Do not include employer secrets, passwords, source code you cannot share, or another person's personal information. No recording is included. Your examples will not be published or reused as marketing material without separate permission.

The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate visits and checkout-link clicks. Work-story text is not sent to analytics. Purchase does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Email the support address to request deletion of working notes; payment records may need to remain for business recordkeeping.
