What you are buying

One 60-minute remote career coaching session with Josh, followed the same day by written notes and next steps. The price is $250 USD per session. You pay the price shown at checkout. Each session is a one-time payment. It does not create a subscription, and you can buy another session whenever you want one.

The session can cover your resume, your search process and ways to automate it, your next career move, where and how to apply, how to position your experience, how to explain your own work in interviews, growing in your current role, and weighing offers. It does not include algorithm tutoring, job placement, referrals, recruiting, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a guarantee of any hiring or promotion outcome.

Scheduling and preparation

You do not need a scheduled interview to buy. If you have an interview or other deadline, buy at least three business days before it so the session can happen first. Send your timezone and available windows after payment. Josh will reply within one business day to agree on the session time and provide the meeting link. Payment does not reserve a particular time.

Send notes on where you are and what you want to work on at least 24 hours before the session. If you want to rehearse interview answers, include notes on the work stories you plan to use. Remove confidential information and use generic names where needed. If the required materials are late, we may need to reschedule or refund rather than provide an unprepared review.

Business days are Monday through Friday, measured in Phoenix, Arizona. If a mutually workable time cannot be arranged, or cannot be arranged before an interview or deadline you told us about, the payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request a full refund any time before the session. If you attend and the review is not useful, email within 24 hours after the session for a full refund. If Josh cancels or cannot provide the purchased session and notes, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the money appears. To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, email from the address used at checkout.

Your information

Stripe processes payment and collects the checkout information. This site does not collect or store your card number. Your name, email, scheduling details, and submitted notes are used to arrange and deliver the session and handle support or refunds.

Intake is sent by email. Do not include employer secrets, passwords, source code you cannot share, or another person's personal information. No recording is included. Your examples will not be published or reused as marketing material without separate permission.

The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate visits and checkout-link clicks. Intake text is not sent to analytics. Purchase does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Email the support address to request deletion of working notes; payment records may need to remain for business recordkeeping.
